Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll contribute to the achievement of service delivery, performance standards, and financial targets by:

• Ensuring patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts timely
• Being available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handling time standards
• Treating customers with compassion and respect, while protecting their privacy
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
• Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in our systems
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two years' experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
