Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field (not required but preferred)
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize information and resolve issues
