Your Role at arenaflex
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional support and solutions to their queries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming queries from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying issues and providing effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless support and coverage during peak periods
- Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the success of the team and project
- Providing cover for absent colleagues and ensuring continuity of service
- Attending training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge
Skills, Qualifications, and Interests
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of German and an advanced level of English
- Knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications such as Windows/MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong team player with high social competence and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Energetic, innovative, and comfortable working at a fast pace

- Willingness to relocate to Spain for an international career and life experience
