Job Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Applying advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to inform business decisions
- Analyzing customer behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Forecasting content engagement to inform procurement decisions
- Streamlining our content release and episode delivery process
- Testing marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
- Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Providing specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicating significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
