Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Compiling reports and importing information by entering and retrieving data from multiple systems and resources
• Organizing, maintaining, and coordinating files and records
• Collaborating with internal users and external resources to address business objectives and issues
• Ensuring and measuring the integrity of master data
• Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and complying with data privacy policies
• Conducting regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Identifying and correcting errors in data entries
• Ensuring secure storage and disposal of confidential data

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: Enter and retrieve data from multiple systems and resources to compile reports and import information

• File Management: Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Collaboration: Work with internal users and external resources to address business objectives and issues
• Data Integrity: Ensure and measure the integrity of master data to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and comply with data privacy policies
• Data Audits: Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct errors in data entries
• Secure Storage: Ensure secure storage and disposal of confidential data

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working in data entry
• Working experience with homeless families or individual population is a plus
• Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a computer-based work environment

• Knowledge of data management software and systems
• Certification in data entry or a related field
• Experience working with sensitive information and data privacy policies
