Job Summary

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and respectful community on our official Discord server. This position requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for enforcing community guidelines, investigating reports, and ensuring that our online community remains a positive and inclusive space.

Key Responsibilities

• Delete messages made by users that violate the rules of the Discord server

• Ban users who have multiple and repeat violations of the rules of the Discord server
• Mute users who have violated the rules of the Discord server
• Investigate reports made by users about violations of the rules of the Discord server
• Collaborate with the arenaflex team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies
• Provide excellent customer service and support to users
• Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's community guidelines and policies

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be at least 18 years old
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Familiarity with Discord and community management principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a moderator or community manager on Discord or other online platforms

• Knowledge of community guidelines and policies
• Familiarity with arenaflex's mission and values
• Experience working with diverse communities and populations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
