Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

• Actively listen to clients' concerns and help them find the best solutions
• Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to resolve client issues and provide support
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and improve overall customer experience
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum of one year of experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer service (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality)

• Familiarity with computers and internet navigation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and make change (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a customer-facing Call Center environment, preferably with an online bill pay service or financial institution

• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting performance metrics
• Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity and engagement
