Role Overview

As a Remote Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be a crucial part of arenaflex's customer service team, working from the comfort of your own home. You'll engage with customers via live chat, providing prompt and effective support, resolving customer inquiries, technical issues, and product-related concerns with professionalism and empathy. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and product-related concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and information in the company's system.
