Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Corporate Bookkeeper and Financial Analyst. This role will be responsible for providing global accounting support and analysis, planning and leading monthly financial audits, producing financial and operational reports, and conducting special investigations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide global accounting support and analysis for our international organizations
- Plan and lead monthly financial audits with key stakeholders regarding financial results and forecasts for managed regions
- Produce financial and operational reports and conduct special investigations
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify financial opportunities and risks, and communicate key insights to stakeholders
- Plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly extension analyses connected with Sales and in-field Exchange Spend to advise Sales leadership on results and trends
- Effectively participate and lead specific areas connected with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing and reporting
- Accommodate month-end reconciliations for areas of responsibility
- Lead or participate in various projects or business initiatives on an ad-hoc and case-by-case basis
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets, interim forecasts, and long-term strategic plans
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles in a manufacturing setting
- Strong business acumen with analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience and comfort in presenting to all levels of management
- Capability in creating journal entries within an ERP system and accommodating financial records monthly
- Excellent analytical skills with sharp attention to detail
- Experience involving ERP systems and capability in Microsoft Office programs (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Certification in accounting or finance (e.g. CPA, CMA)
