Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Night Shift team. This role involves monitoring and closing out maintenance orders, verifying details, and providing exceptional customer support. You'll be cross-trained to assist with logistics and system support as needed, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our Remote Night Shift team, you'll be responsible for:
* Monitoring and closing out maintenance orders in a timely and accurate manner
* Verifying details related to work completed and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Cross-training to assist with logistics and system support as needed
* Providing exceptional customer support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
* Updating information through data entry and running reports as required
* Assisting with internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on
* Collaborating with technicians to ensure seamless order closeouts

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 1 year of customer service experience preferred
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Ability to follow through, multi-task, and meet deadlines
* Willingness to work independently and research creative solutions
* Adaptability and ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
* Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency
Schedule
* In-person training at our office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday - Friday, day shift
* 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am

Salary Description
$15.00 per hour + $2.00 shift differential
