Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Data Entry and Record Management: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions using our CRM system. Ensure that all data is up-to-date, secure, and easily accessible for our team members.
• Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments and meetings for sales or service teams by contacting leads, maintaining calendars, and ensuring accurate communication of meeting details. This may involve coordinating with clients, team members, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Booking and Coordination: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Respond promptly to customer concerns, and work collaboratively with our team to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Travel Advisory: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and safety guidelines to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry. This may include working in a call center, travel agency, or hospitality environment.
