Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the Fife Region. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service, from setting up the perfect area for our products to be served to resolving any technical issues that may arise. This is a part-time remote opportunity, with a competitive hourly rate of $27.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment as per company standards

  • Investigate and diagnose issues with fountain equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and professional at all times
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support)

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
