Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our plan members, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work from home, using our state-of-the-art technology and training to deliver personalized support and solutions that simplify our customers' lives. This is a full-time opportunity, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your priorities in and outside of work.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide personalized support and solutions to customers, using your knowledge and expertise to resolve their issues and meet their needs.
  • Use our CRM system to track customer interactions and update their records in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time.

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting.

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work from home, using a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace free from distractions.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner.
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life.
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy, and express assurance and confidence.
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
  • At least 6 months of health care experience.

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately update customer records and track interactions.
