As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll collaborate with clients in a considerate, professional, courteous, and expert manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and attention.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets
• Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
• Rebooking travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
• Performing traveler check-in and front seat tasks (excluding curbside), correcting oversold seat tasks, and issuing upgrades
• Issuing vouchers and coordinating with project workers for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinating refuel and refresh
• Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/check
• Operating gate readers/scanners and related duties, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and departure line models
• Operating jetways/spans for the purpose of boarding and deplaning travelers
• Making boarding and departure gate announcements
• Conveying domestic/international flight records
• Performing traveler service flight close-out methods
• Accepting, checking, and labeling travelers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
• Maintaining the schedule of flight loading process
• Performing customer service hands-on training
• Processing and completing credit card baggage exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Assisting travelers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage handling at ticket counters
• Managing lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
• Clearing/confirming international records at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Accepting and activating travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations
• Assisting clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assisting boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, or unaccompanied minors
• Performing customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
• Having standard and predictable attendance on location, including fulfilling any obligatory overtime requirements
• Answering and assisting during security and emergency situations
• Providing connecting traveler door information
• Providing quality customer service in a professional manner and according to arenaflex's standards
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance guidelines
• Completing task-related stages of training
• Complying with applicable laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA)
• Utilizing various internal resources/frameworks, including during customer interactions
• Wearing uniform as required by company policy

Depending on your airport size, you may also be responsible for:

* Performing Traveler Activity Control capabilities, including air to ground communication and Peak capabilities

• Assisting international travelers through customs/migration, including baggage re-check
• Conveying tickets, international flight reports, and customs/migration forms

All you'll need for success

* Least Capabilities: + Education and Earlier Professional training + Bilingual language abilities required in certain areas + Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must meet FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identifications, if material + Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements + Must be approved to work in the U.S.

• Favored Capabilities:

+ Training and Earlier Professional training + Working knowledge of Saber or other Traveler Service System + Past face-to-face Customer service experience
