Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients and clients to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and promote our brand. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions and therapy changes, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a focus on providing overall savings and improving health outcomes
  • Conducting adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients remain on their medications and compliant with their therapies
  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gathering patient and order information
  • Providing customer education, routine assessment, and problem identification, with escalation to a pharmacist as needed
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing and processing new referrals

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients, resolving issues and promoting our brand

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone

  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
  • Must reside in the state of Nevada
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting

  • Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing and processing new referrals
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
