Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from prospective and existing customers, providing comprehensive support and guidance throughout the certification process

  • Assist customers in understanding the certification process, answering their queries, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, focusing on delivering seamless and effective assistance across all customer interactions
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and requirements, ensuring accurate and informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working with emotional support animals or pet-related industries a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, with a focus on emotional support animal certifications or pet-related industries

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulations and requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
