Experienced Entry-Level Application Administrator – Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our Beacon-to-Link migration project. As an Application Administrator, you'll play a critical role in manually building organizations and users in Link, while also providing exceptional customer service to our end-users. If you're a fast and accurate typist with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Manually build organizations and users in Link, utilizing the tools developed by our development team

• Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, ensuring a seamless transition to our new application
• Work closely with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials
• Utilize your expertise in Word and Excel to manage and maintain data
• Collaborate with our development team to troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems
• Participate in shift work that supports our divisions, with shifts ranging from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm
• Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with end-users
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional support to end-users

Preferred Qualifications:

* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience working with end-users in a customer-facing role
