Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Using online chat and messaging services to interact with clients, answering questions, giving advice, and extending support.
  • Helping clients navigate our offerings by responding to their inquiries, worries, and technical problems.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing client issues, elevating complicated ones to higher support levels as needed.
  • Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and good customer service manners in every encounter.

  • Meeting or surpassing performance benchmarks for chat volume, customer satisfaction ratings, and response times.
