Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team at arenaflex. As a Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching proper authorities when necessary. Responsibilities

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling emergency signals and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Notifying and verifying alarm signals to ensure accurate and efficient response
  • Dispatching proper authorities when necessary to resolve customer issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of alarm monitoring systems and procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

  • Paid training on site in Manasquan, NJ, starting January 2nd, 2024

Remote Work Opportunities

After successful completion of training, you may be eligible to work from home as a remote Call Center Representative. This opportunity is subject to meeting certain criteria and is not guaranteed.
