Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk / Entry Level Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Project Placement & Student Services department, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of basic personnel clerical duties, including data entry, calendar management, and communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk / Entry Level Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for our team members and stakeholders.
  • Communication: Respond to incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects related to our household operations, as assigned by management.
  • Expense Management: Process and manage expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Company Activities: Participate in company-sponsored activities and events, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and respect.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Experience in Data Entry: Previous experience in data entry or a related field is a plus.
