Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update customer records, and manage customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pharmacy, health plans, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Previous customer service experience (minimum of 1 year)
