Job Responsibilities
As a Cabin Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Cleaning and disinfecting aircraft cabins to ensure a safe and healthy environment for passengers
- Operating ground equipment, such as freight vans, trucks, and high-lift trucks, safely and efficiently
- Conducting security assessments and adhering to current health and safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Utilizing electronic devices and computers to track and verify cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of flight plans and schedules
- Working a variety of shifts, including early morning and late evening hours, to accommodate flight schedules
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working independently and as part of a team

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful as a Cabin Experience Agent, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- Basic education and training in customer service and safety protocols
- Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
- Passing score on a physical ability assessment (PAT)
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols
