Primary Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our clients and customers. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts with professionalism and empathy
- Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
- Providing timely and accurate responses to written communication, including emails and chat messages
- Initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans
- Updating customer records with current demographic and contact information, and accurately notating all interactions
- Comprehending training material on a variety of topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues
- Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
- Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Training Schedule
During the first two weeks of employment, you'll participate in comprehensive training, which will be conducted Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm CST. This training will cover all aspects of the role, including our CRM system, customer service procedures, and industry-specific knowledge.
Education and Qualifications

Job Type and Pay
This is a full-time position, with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. Benefits include dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
