Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and live chat interactions. You'll be responsible for booking service calls, making outbound calls to follow up on service, setting up inspections, handling customer inquiries, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to help our company grow. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information about our plumbing services, products, and pricing.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and addressing emergency situations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening, empathizing, and taking ownership of their concerns.
• Document customer interactions and keep detailed records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, address recurring customer issues, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to help customers.
• Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and services is a plus.
• Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work.
• Local to the Sparta, NJ area
• Must work in office full time for first two weeks before being approved for remote work

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in marketing, photography, and social media is preferred.

• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and services.

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Compensation

* $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 40 hours per week
