Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
• Experience with customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
• Certification in customer service or a related field
