Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering and Transportation Analyst to join our team in a remote data entry role. As a key member of our Transportation department, you'll be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise in transportation logistics, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel will be invaluable in helping us navigate the complexities of our fast-paced and dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities

As an Industrial Engineering and Transportation Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Helping to optimize the arenaflex Transportation Fleet by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborating with managers to outline and prioritize business needs, ensuring that our operations are aligned with our strategic goals
• Integrating multiple data sources across various database platforms to provide a comprehensive view of our operations
• Building, creating, and maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze key performance indicators
• Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a transportation or logistics setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build and maintain complex spreadsheets
• Experience with Microsoft Access is a plus, but not required
• Strong typing and 10-key skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

• Knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics software
• Certification in data analysis or a related field
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
