Key Responsibilities

As a Red Coat, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, including:

• Proactively welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and explaining Delta's available technology options to ensure a smoother airport experience
• Effectively influencing customers' use of airport technology to guarantee a better, faster, and more enjoyable airport experience for all passengers
• Representing arenaflex in a positive and professional manner
• Keeping customers informed while ensuring service delivery
• Efficiently facilitating and monitoring all aspects of the job, ensuring irregular tasks are handled quickly and effectively
• Practicing security-conscious behaviors in every functional process and method

Requirements

To succeed as a Red Coat, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old
• To be proficient in English
• To be able to read, write, and understand detailed job instructions
• To have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to identify customer needs and provide effective guidance
• To have basic computer skills
• To be able to lift packs or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
• To occasionally lift packs or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
• To occasionally assist with aircraft lodge cleaning duties
• To pass a pre-work individual verification
• To be eligible to live and work within the country at the time of your application
• To demonstrate a commitment to security while handling personal data
• To be open to a diverse range of individuals, thoughts, and styles
• To prioritize health and safety, both for yourself and others
• To be willing to work beyond 40 hours and on weekends and public holidays when required
• To be willing to travel to the US for meetings and phases of training
