Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk Typing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from various sources into our systems while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and proficiency in MS Office and data programs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk Typing at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting alphanumeric data from source documents into computer databases with speed and accuracy.
  • Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost or misplaced.
  • Responding to information requests from authorized members.
  • Adhering to data entry protocols and procedures to ensure data security.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of data entry activities.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless data entry processes.
  • Staying up-to-date with new technologies and systems to improve data entry efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
  • Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data programs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
