What You'll Do:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests
  • Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and following up as necessary to resolve issues
  • Completing data entry of solutions into arenaflex healthcare software
  • Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
  • Working with empathy, attention, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike
  • Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being open to feedback and development opportunities
  • Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (and occasionally other stations) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
  • Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Be able to perform multiple tasks (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
  • Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out enough to be noticed to detail
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be able to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable
  • Possess decisive reasoning abilities
  • Have demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to adapt to change as per the business needs of the organization
  • Be flexible with your schedule and willing to stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data
  • Pass a personal background check
  • Be punctual and committed to being your best
