Job Overview
We're seeking experienced customer service and call center professionals to join our team in the US. Available Positions
We have three exciting opportunities available: 1. Call Center Partner: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their concerns, providing information, and assisting with order requests. 3. Customer Care Specialist: Act as a resource for customers, offering expert support, investigating issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As a customer service and call center representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer requests promptly via telephone, email, or chat
