Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, identifying and assessing customer needs, and providing accurate information regarding arenaflex products, services, and policies. You will also resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism, escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution, and maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Key Responsibilities:
