Job Summary

As an Operations Intake Coordinator I - Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You'll be responsible for receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing documents, entering data, photocopying, scanning, and delivering interoffice correspondence as needed. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing documents in an efficient and timely manner

  • Enter, photocopy, scan, and deliver interoffice correspondence as necessary
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all required document types
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Production-related experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and stand for intermittent periods of time
  • Shift work can be daytime, evening, or overnight depending on role, with mandatory overtime (in-office or remote) as business needs require
  • Must be able to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays (in-office or remote) based on business needs

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
