Job Summary

As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to our customers' needs. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide superb customer service to clients by responding to calls with an expert, insightful, and thoughtful attitude

  • Answer client messages with clear, concise, and step-by-step guidelines
  • Data entry and examination within various computer applications, including our online platform (www.arenaflex.com)
  • Process and research orders/inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Solid computer skills, and experience with MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great critical thinking skills, adapting quickly to change, and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient grammar and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment

  • Knowledge of arts and crafts supplies, home decor, and seasonal items
  • Experience with online platforms and e-commerce systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
