  • Deliver a positive and seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
