Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Thoroughly reviewing and processing loan applications through various software systems.
- Assessing candidate qualifications for loans and making informed decisions.
- Creating and updating records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Identifying client needs and exploring available options to meet their requirements.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we encourage candidates with:
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role to apply.
