Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to website visitors through live chat, using tools such as Facebook Messenger and other social media platforms
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support agents
  • Utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Working independently, following instructions, and meeting performance metrics
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborating with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving our services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • A reliable internet connection
