As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in achieving this mission, working closely with our team to ensure that every client receives the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to high-volume phone calls from clients seeking insurance guidance and legal support * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner * Conducting thorough intake processes to gather information about clients' accidents and insurance claims * Researching and providing information about auto insurance policies, coverage options, and legal rights after a car accident * Collaborating with our team to ensure that clients receive the necessary support and resources to navigate the claims process * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and communications * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including call volume, resolution rates, and client satisfaction Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree (preferred) * At least 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in an inbound or outbound call-center position * Excellent high-volume phone skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will be given priority consideration: * Experience in legal intake for personal injury firms * Knowledge of auto insurance policies, coverage options, and legal rights after a car accident * Experience in direct sales or insurance adjuster roles * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions Work Environment and Culture As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the ability to set your own schedule and work at your own pace. arenaflex values work-life balance and offers a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and growth.
