Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist – Remote Customer Experience and Content Development

Our Intelligent Tech Exceptional Ventures group is responsible for changing the way we create new sales enablement experiences for staff at arenaflex affiliates worldwide at countless retail locations. We're looking for a talented and pioneering individual who will support a team in creating and delivering a pivotal new tool for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales experience. The scope of work requires the ability to adapt from program methodology to development, to operations, to experience design, to geo status. The successful candidate should be high-energy, proactive, enthusiastic about customer experience, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with arenaflex's business objectives

• Design and develop engaging content that resonates with customers and drives sales
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain a style guide, content library, and performance metrics to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Participate in fast prototyping and testing to validate assumptions and iterate on designs
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to develop and implement technical solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive sales

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, business)

• 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners, with a strong understanding of geo-specific markets
• Proven track record of success in content streamlining through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales
• In-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, features, and applications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience with customer experience management tools, such as Adobe Experience Director
• Adaptability, ability to handle uncertainty, and a strong work ethic in a highly matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, business)

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including our sales enablement platform
