Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Relations Call Center Agents to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for responding to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values. You'll serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. This is a work-from-home opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work between the hours of 9am and 8pm, Eastern Standard Time.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values

  • Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
  • Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications
  • Utilize strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle from different applications, and Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency

Requirements

* Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service

  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing
  • Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle from different applications, and Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency
  • Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program
  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish

  • Prior inbound Call Center experience
  • Previous experience working from home
  • Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience

Work Schedule

* Must be available and flexible to work between the hours of 9am and 8pm, Eastern Standard Time

  • Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
  • This is a full-time role, and days off may not be consecutive

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting pay rate: $17.00 per hour

  • Pay range: $17.00 - $32.74
  • Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees
