Job Summary

As a Visual and Customer Service Leader, you'll be responsible for leading our warehouse team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly. You'll work closely with our team to identify and resolve customer issues, manage inventory, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This is a full-time remote position, with a minimum of 28 hours per week and flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead our warehouse team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly

  • Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received accurately and that detailed descriptions are provided for any overage, deficiency, or damage issues
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage inventory and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse or customer service role
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and move items up to 150 pounds unassisted or with the assistance of a team lift
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
  • Experience with forklift operation and safety procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
