Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth by:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs
- Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, creating intricate reports, and performing advanced data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Designing and developing packages for internal clients, ensuring data integrity and suitability
- Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting evaluation and reviews to internal clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2-4+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in:
+ Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) + Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge – MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience with the following would be a plus:
- Reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience
