Job Summary

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues promptly. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of customer support requests via email, phone, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with complaints and questions about specific products or services

• Modify and escalate complaints across multiple communication channels
• Respond promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications
• Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers
• Handle a high volume of customer support requests via email, phone, and chat using empathy to answer questions and troubleshoot problems
• Utilize CRM/support tool experience to provide efficient and effective support
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Must be over the age of 18 with a reliable internet connection

• No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
• Articulate, personable, and reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette
• 1 year of chat support experience preferred
• CRM/support tool experience a plus

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
