The Role
As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working directly with our members in a fast-paced inbound contact center. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service by building trust and creating sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. You'll apply your problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations, ensuring that every member interaction is a positive one.

- Effectively handle member concerns by utilizing available resources to provide accurate information and ensure empathetic resolution, while keeping records of all interactions and changes.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 Years Experience: In a customer service-related position where there is a high value placed on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience preferred.
- Basic Mathematical Aptitude: Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Technical Aptitude: Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired.
- Basic Understanding of Life Insurance: Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred.
- Internet Requirements: Must possess internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload and be able to support a VPN.
