Job Summary

As a Remote Amazon Customer Chat team member, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. You'll work independently to manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously, and collaborate with fellow team members to share insights and best practices for effective customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule
