Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging in comprehensive training and certification courses to ensure excellence in service delivery
- Providing top-tier customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats
- Maintaining a commitment to working a minimum number of hours per week, ensuring reliability and consistency
- Upholding high standards of accountability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
Qualifications
While prior experience in customer service is preferred, it's not mandatory. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A quiet, dedicated workspace with the required technology setup

Compensation and Benefits
