Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch online support to our customers through various communication channels, including:

  • Email: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Live Chat: Engaging with customers in real-time, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their problems.
  • Social Media: Managing customer interactions on social media platforms, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services.
  • Customer Requests: Assisting customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and processing refunds.
  • Navigation Support: Helping customers navigate our website and mobile app, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Knowledge Management: Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers.
