Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients, clients, and other customers to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and promote our brand. Key Responsibilities
* Interact with patients, clients, and other customers to provide personalized support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients, with a focus on providing overall savings and improving health outcomes
- Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications
- Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients remain on their medications and compliant with their therapies
- Effectively handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, proactively gathering patient and order information, and providing customer education
- Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing new referrals, and resolving customer issues
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
- 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
- Must reside in the state of Nevada
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
- Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements
