Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer experiences to our members and providers. You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks, including data entry, payroll management, virtual assistance, and more. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex members and providers via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Handle data entry tasks, including updating member information, processing claims, and maintaining accurate records
  • Manage payroll tasks, including processing payments, resolving issues, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide virtual assistance to arenaflex staff, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and performing other administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide support
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, payroll management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Certification in customer service, data entry, or payroll management
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) or practice management systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
