Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation

As a Senior Statistics Architect on our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a critical role in the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method. With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider space, our team is responsible for implementing the stop-to-give-up voice of the customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies, translated in over 10 languages, and added in more than 20 countries.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team as a Senior Statistics Architect. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer method. This will involve working closely with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs, growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods, and leveraging them to outline and transform data within our Cornerstone Large Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs

• Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within our Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions
• Provide big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Offer pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate guide obligations to improve best and efficiency
• Work closely with companions from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product proprietors for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups

• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
