About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team, who will be responsible for supporting our business intelligence and analytics capabilities. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven insights, and create actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing and maintaining reports, and creating data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders - Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations - Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions - Develop and maintain data models, databases, and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics - Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data solutions to meet those needs - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or information technology - 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role - Strong understanding of data analysis and business intelligence concepts, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization - Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools, such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders - Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven insights to drive business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in a related field, such as business, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or information technology - Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure - Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C# - Experience with data science tools, such as R or SAS - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
